Wednesday October 22, 2014, 1:30 PM LASD - Malibu/Lost Hills Station, Los Angeles County Sheriff Alert: Traffic Advisory- Signals Out at Heathercliff/PCH in #Malibu @citymalibu Dear Nixle User, Signals Out at Heathercliff/PCH in Malibu, Major Traffic Delays The traffic signals are out at Heathercliff Road and Pacific Coast Highway due to a blown transformer. LA County Fire Department has already responded to put out the fire. All lanes are open to traffic, however, there are major traffic delays due to the signals being out. Edison is expected to have the transformer repaired in approximately ten hours.
