Dear Pepperdine Libboard, The Sheriffs Department reports the traffic signal is out at PCH and Busch Dr in Malibu due to a transformer problem. SCE is en route, and expects to begin repair in approx. 8 hrs, with no estimated time of restoration. Deputies are on scene. The signal has been experiencing problems for several days and went out completely earlier today.
