| Advisory: PCH lane closures at Cross Creek Rd & Webb Way - intersection improvements 3/12 - 6/1 Dear Pepperdine Libboard, Traffic improvements on PCH at the intersections with Cross Creek Rd and Webb Way will require intermittent and alternating lane closures in both directions of PCH from March 12 through June 1.
Work Hours: - Day work - Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Night work - Monday to Friday, 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
Additional work at the intersection of Webb Way/Stuart Ranch Road and Civic Center Way will include lane closures on those streets between the hours of 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
Traffic improvements include: - Realignment and restriping of PCH to accommodate a new westbound right-turn lane at Cross Creek Rd and
- Realignment and restriping of PCH to accommodate an additional eastbound left-turn lane at Webb Way
- Updated traffic signals, crosswalks, and widening of the roadway on Webb Way between PCH and Civic Center Way
- New curb ramps, sidewalk, and a traffic signal at the intersection of Civic Center Way and Webb Way/Stuart Ranch Rd
Night work will involve additional traffic control and advanced signage for detours, when required.
Traffic Control:
The work will require intermittent and alternating lane closures in both directions of the No. 1 and No. 2 lanes of PCH at each intersection. Additionally, some turn pockets at these intersections will be closed and require detours.
Motorists should use caution when driving through the work zone and allow extra time for delays. For full details, view this message on the web. |
