Luna, Sheriff Advisory: #LASD is Asking for the Public's Help Locating At-Risk Missing Person, Michael Carrion-Kade Lechuga #Lancaster Dear Pepperdine Libboard, Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department Missing Persons Unit is asking for the public’s help locating At-Risk Missing Person Michael Lechuga. He is a 27 year-old male Black who was last seen on the 42900 block of Sierra Highway in Lancaster, on Tuesday, July 11, 2023 at 4:00 p.m. Michael is 5’07”, 145 lbs with brown eyes and black hair. He was last seen wearing a blue jacket, black shorts and white slippers. Mr. Lechuga suffers from autism, epilepsy, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia and has a mental capacity of a child. He is a 33 year-old male Hispanic who was last seen on July 8, 2023, at 11:00 p.m., on the 4700 block of Crown Valley Road in the City of Acton.         Oscar is 5’5” tall, 180lbs with black hair, brown eyes, and full beard. Mr. Miguez has “RIP JOE” tattoo on the right side of his head and “MY KARINA” tattoo on his chest. He was last seen wearing a blue and white “Champion” t-shirt, shorts, and a blue “Dodgers” baseball cap with brown sandals.
