Advisory: Traffic signals malfunctioning on Malibu Cyn Rd at Civic Center Way and at Piuma Rd

Dear Pepperdine Libboard,

Traffic signals at two intersections on Malibu Cyn are not functioning - the signal at Civic Center Way/Seaver Way is dark, and the signal at Piuma Rd is flashing red. Motorists should treat both intersections as all-way stops until the signals are repaired.

The City of Malibu has notified its signal contractor about the signal at Civic Center Way. City staff notified Los Angeles County Department of Public Works regarding the Piuma signal, which is outside the Malibu city limits. SCE is reporting a power outage in the area near Piuma Rd.
