City of Malibu Emergency Services

Advisory: Civic Center Way closed, btw Vista Pacifica St & entry to Malibu Cyn Village condos, 9/21 thru Dec 2020

Dear Pepperdine Libboard,

Civic Center Way will be closed in both directions between Vista Pacifica St and the entry to Malibu Cyn Village Condos (west of Webb Way) beginning Monday, September 21, and continuously thru December for work on the City's Civic Center Way Improvements Project.

Residents of the condominiums on Civic Center Way will be able to access their property heading westbound from Webb Way. The project also allows access for emergency vehicles. Detour signage will be in place throughout the duration of the project.

Project work will be performed Monday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with some Saturdays (weather permitting). There will be no work performed during Red Flag Warnings.

This closure is for work in the first phase of a multi-phase project. For more details, visit the project webpage at www.MalibuCity.org/CCWay.
