Dear Pepperdine Libboard, UPDATE. Eastbound traffic on PCH is being diverted through center lane near Encinal Cyn due to a traffic collision. Westbound lanes are now open. ———- All lanes in the 32800 block of PCH near El Pescador are temporarily closed due to a traffic collision. Sheriff and Fire Depts are in scene.
