 | | Friday July 26, 2019, 1:00 PM | City of Malibu Emergency Services | | | | Advisory: Summer Closures on Topanga - July 29 thru Labor Day Dear Pepperdine Libboard, Caltrans announced its summer closure schedule for Topanga Cyn Blvd that will be in place from July 29 through Labor Day (September 2) for a pavement preservation project and a slope stabilization project in response to winter storms.
Topanga Canyon Blvd between PCH and Grand View Dr: - Monday through Wednesday, 10:30 PM to 5:00 AM - full closure, all lanes in both directions
Topanga Cyn Blvd between Mulholland Dr and PCH: - Monday through Thursday, 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM - one-way traffic control along various locations
- Friday, 8:00 PM to 10:00 AM - one way traffic control along various locations
All work is weather permitting and subject to change. Motorists should expect delays and are strongly advised to use alternate routes.
The town of Topanga will remain open to motorists. Drivers can check traffic conditions before they leave by visiting the Caltrans Quickmap.
