He is a resident of Pasadena and was last seen in January 2019, on the 300 block of East Sacramento Street in Altadena.   Joshua is a male Black 19 years-old, 6'4” tall, 190lbs, brown hair, brown eyes and last seen wearing black sweat pants, orange hoody with silver reflector tape.      He suffers from schizophrenia, bipolar and catatonia disorder.
