Monday January 14, 2019, 5:34 PM City of Malibu Emergency Services Advisory: PCH has fully reopened between Trancas Cyn and Las Posas Dear Pepperdine Libboard, Caltrans has finished clearing debris on PCH. PCH is now fully opened between Trancas Canyon in Malibu and Las Posas in Ventura County. Residents should continue to exercise caution while driving and remain vigilant for any rocks, mud, tree branches, or other debris in the roadway.
