Tuesday January 8, 2019, 12:09 PM City of Malibu Emergency Services Advisory: PCH eastbound right lane closed near Pena Creek/Topanga, Thur, 1/10, 10AM-3PM - Caltrans storm drain cleaning Dear Pepperdine Libboard, Caltrans will close the eastbound right lane on PCH just south of Pena Creek (near Topanga Cyn) from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Thursday, January 10, for crews working to clean storm drains. The left eastbound lane will remain open.  Motorists should expect delays and allow extra time or use alternate routes. For full details, view this message on the web.
