Advisory: Waterworks Dist 29 project construction in Encinal Cyn area M-F, 7AM-4PM through May 2020

Dear Pepperdine Libboard,

Beginning February 3, 2020, a Los Angeles County Public Works, Waterworks District 29 contractor will be installing waterlines, valves, and other appurtenant work for the Encinal Canyon Water System Improvements Project. Streets affected include:

Vista Del Preseas
Avenida de la Encinal
Encinal Canyon Rd
Via Vienta
Vista De Las Ondas

Construction hours will be Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

Residents may experience minimal traffic impact and parking restrictions during work hours. Residents should observe all traffic controls and parking restrictions, and motorists should use extra caution while in the vicinity during construction activities.

The project is expected to be completed by the end of May 2020.
