Expect delays Dear Pepperdine Libboard, The water main repair on PCH at Las Pulgas Canyon north of Temescal Canyon in Pacific Palisades is complete. Water service was fully restored to Malibu at 7:15 AM. The number 2 southbound lane is closed until backfilling and paving is complete on Sunday. Expect delays in the area.
