Friday November 8, 2019, 3:00 PM City of Malibu Emergency Services Advisory: PCH northbound #2 lane closed Morning View to Guernsey - Tu-Fri, Nov 12-15, 8AM-4PM Dear Pepperdine Libboard, The #2 northbound lane on PCH, between Morning View Dr and Guernsey Ave, will be closed Tuesday through Friday, November 12-15, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM for Caltrans work.
