Monday November 4, 2019, 10:00 AM City of Malibu Emergency Services Advisory: PCH NB night lane closures, Trancas Cyn to LA/Ventura County Line, Tue-Thu, Nov 5-7, 9PM-6AM Dear Pepperdine Libboard, Caltrans will resume resurfacing work on PCH with northbound night lane closures between Trancas Cyn Rd and the LA/Ventura County line on Tuesday to Thursday nights, November 5-7, from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM. One lane will remain open at all times. Work includes removing and replacing asphalt concrete surfacing (digouts). For full details, view this message on the web.
