He was seen running from the area where the shooting death of Israel Castaneda occurred, Saturday, March 31, 2018, at approximately, 10:53 p.m., on the 37900 block of 47th Street East in Palmdale.   The person of interest is described as a male Black that was wearing a dark colored zip-up hoodie, blue jeans and white t-shirt at the time the shooting occurred.   We need to speak with this person of interest. Any tips or leads you have could help investigators identify and locate him.
