He was last seen on Wednesday, February 6, 2019, on the 2000 block of Marengo Street, Los Angeles.    Michael is a male White 66 years-old, 6'04” tall, 285lbs, bald, brown eyes and gray beard. He was last seen wearing a gray zip-up hoodie, blue jeans and brown sandals.   Mr. Bullock suffers from dementia and bi-polar disorder.
