Monday April 23, 2018, 9:26 AM City of Malibu Emergency Services Advisory: PCH paving Cross Creek Rd-County line with alternating lane closures Mon-Sat nights, Apr 23-28, 7PM-6AM Dear Pepperdine Libboard, Caltrans paving work on PCH continues the week of April 23 with construction Monday through Saturday nights, April 23-28, from 7:00 PM to 6:00 AM.  The Contractor will be conducting alternating lane closures from the #1 to #2 lanes on the same work shift from Cross Creek Road to the Ventura County Line.
