Florence Ave., Huntington Park SUSPECT:  Male Adult   UNIT:  Homicide Bureau – Lieutenant Modica NARRATIVE:   Los Angeles County Sheriff's Homicide is responding to investigate the circumstances surrounding a Huntington Park Police Officer-involved shooting. The incident occurred on Tuesday, April 8, 2025 , at approximately 12:26 AM, on the 3400 block E. Florence Ave., in the city Huntington Park. The suspect was transported to a local area hospital where he was pronounced deceased. No officers was injured during the incident. It has not been determined what led up to the officer-involved shooting. There is no additional information available at this time.
