Advisory: SCE has proactively shut off power to Cuthbert Circuit in Point Dume area of Malibu due to dangerous fire conditions

Dear Pepperdine Libboard,

Southern California Edison (SCE) has proactively shut off power to the Cuthbert Circuit in the Point Dume area of Malibu due to dangerous fire conditions. To see PSPS information, including maps of the circuits in Malibu, visit https://malibucity.org/psps. SCE is currently inspecting lines to reenergize the circuit. SCE has opened a Community Resource Center (CRC) in the parking lot at Bluff’s Park, 24250 Pacific Coast Highway. The Center is scheduled to open on Sunday, November 21 at 8 a.m. and will remain open until 10 p.m. The CRC will be staffed by a SCE Customer Service Crew to provide PSPS information and updates, as well as access to power to charge phones and medical devices. For more information about a PSPS go to https://malibucity.org/psps.
