Monday May 10, 2021, 3:13 PM City of Malibu Emergency Services Advisory: PCH blocked both directions in Santa Monica - traffic collision Dear Pepperdine Libboard, The Santa Monica Police and Fire Depts are conducting an investigation at the scene of a traffic collision in the 1000 block of PCH.  All lanes on PCH are closed in both directions between the California Incline and the McClure Tunnel until further notice.
