Tuesday April 27, 2021, 11:52 AM City of Malibu Emergency Services Advisory: PCH NB #2 lane & shoulder closed btw Guernsey Ave & Trancas Cyn Rd - Wed, 4/28, 8AM-8PM Dear Pepperdine Libboard, The northbound No. 2 lane and shoulder on PCH will be closed between Guernsey Ave & Trancas Cyn Rd on Wed, April 28, from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM for work on a Los Angeles County Public Works project.
