Saturday January 25, 2020, 11:20 AM City of Malibu Emergency Services Advisory: UPDATE 1/25/2020 - 11AM Civic Center Wy #Malibu closed both directions, Webb Way - Winter Cyn for repairs until early afternoon. Dear Pepperdine Libboard, UPDATE ( Jan. 25, 2020 - 11:00 AM) Civic Center Way in #Malibu remains temporarily closed in both directions from Webb Way to Winter Cyn Rd as crews repair the damaged roadway. Work is expected to be complete and all lanes re-opened by early afternoon. Residents of the condominiums on Civic Center Way will be allowed access around the repair work area. The damage is not a sinkhole, it was caused by an aging storm drain and is unrelated to the nearby Civic Center Water Treatment Facility. For full details, view this message on the web.
