Thursday May 16, 2019, 3:58 PM City of Malibu Emergency Services Advisory: PCH lane closures near La Costa - Mon-Wed, May 20-22, #2 WB lane 8AM-3PM & #2 EB lane 9AM-3PM Dear Pepperdine Libboard, The No. 2 lanes in each direction on PCH will be closed in the area near the La Costa Beach Club (west of Las Flores Cyn Rd) on Monday through Wednesday, May 20-22, during the following hours: •  Westbound No. 2 lane closed 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM •  Eastbound No. 2 lane closed 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM City contractors will be working on the La Costa Pedestrian Improvements Project.  Motorists should allow extra time for delays through the work area.  For full details, view this message on the web.
