Monday October 29, 2018, 10:21 AM City of Malibu Emergency Services Advisory: Update- Stalled motorhome in right lane of eastbound PCH east of Topanga - expect delays up to one hour Dear Pepperdine Libboard, UPDATE: A stalled motorhome is still blocking the right lane just east of Topanga Cyn Blvd until a large vehicle tow truck arrives to move it out of traffic lanes. The backups extend to Carbon Canyon and CHP estimates delays up to one hour. Motorists should use alternate routes, if possible.  For full details, view this message on the web.
