Wednesday July 18, 2018, 3:41 PM City of Malibu Emergency Services Advisory: PCH #2 NB lane closed from Puerco Cyn north 1.5 miles - Wed, 7/18, 5-11PM for SCE repairs Dear Pepperdine Libboard, The No. 2 northbound lane on PCH will be closed from Puerco Cyn Rd north for approximately 1.5 miles on Wednesday, July 18, beginning at 5:00 PM for Southern California Edison (SCE) emergency repair work.  The work is expected to be completed by 11:00 PM.   SCE will be replacing two overhead transformers that were struck by lightning earlier today.  For full details, view this message on the web.
