Monday June 11, 2018, 3:43 PM City of Malibu Emergency Services Advisory: PCH lane closures near Carbon Beach (EB #2) & near Decker Cyn (WB #2) M-Th nights, 8PM-5AM starting 6/11 for 4 weeks Dear Pepperdine Libboard, Weeknight lane closures on PCH will begin Monday night, June 11, and continue for approximately four weeks for replacement of water mains in two locations of Malibu: No. 2 eastbound lane in the 22200 block of PCH, near Carbon Beach No. 2 westbound lane in the 33400 block of PCH, west of Decker Cyn Rd The closures will take place Monday through Thursday nights, from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM.
