Thursday September 1, 2016, 11:27 AM City of Malibu Emergency Services Advisory: PCH #2 Lanes in Both Directions at Morning View Closed for SCE Repairs Thurs, 9/1, 11AM-3PM #malibu Dear Pepperdine Libboard, The No. 2 lanes in both directions on PCH at Morning View will be closed Thursday, September 1, 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM, for Southern California Edison (SCE) repair work. Two brief full closures (approximately two minutes) will be required during the work hours for placement of the power lines.   SCE is repairing poles damaged in a traffic accident that occurred late Sunday night, August 28.
