Tuesday May 3, 2016, 3:54 PM City of Malibu Emergency Services Advisory: Intermittent Closures on Topanga, 1/4 Mile N of PCH, Wed-Thur, May 4-5, 7AM-3:30PM for boulder trucks making U-turns Dear Pepperdine Libboard, Caltrans will intermittently close Topanga Cyn Blvd, 1/4 mile north of PCH, on Wednesday & Thursday, May 4-5, between the hours of 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, to allow boulder delivery trucks to make U-turns.
