Sunday April 17, 2016, 1:00 PM City of Malibu Emergency Services Advisory: Malibu Cyn lane closures, M-F, Apr 18-22, Civic Center Wy to Potter Rd 9AM-2PM & Potter Rd to Francisco Ranch 9PM-5AM Dear Pepperdine Libboard, Verizon will conduct work on utility poles on Malibu Canyon Rd, from Civic Center Way to Francisco Ranch Rd, Monday through Friday, April 18-22. Lane closures on Malibu Canyon Rd will be required on the following work schedule:   • Daily - 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM  Malibu City area (Civic Center Way to Potter Road)   • Nightly - 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM  Los Angeles County area (Potter Road to Francisco Ranch Road)   Traffic control will be provided using a pilot car.
