Thursday March 3, 2016, 5:50 PM City of Malibu Emergency Services Advisory: All traffic lanes on Kanan remain closed near Sierra Creek. It is estimated the road will re-open by 8:00 PM. Dear Pepperdine Libboard, Sheriff's Deputies and CHP are at the scene of an accident at Kanan Dume Road and Sierra Creek Road, in the unincorporated Los Angeles County area near Agoura Hills, where a truck collided with a power pole. Power lines are down and all lanes of Kanan, northbound and southbound, are closed.   UPDATE (5:50 PM) All traffic lanes on Kanan remain closed near Sierra Creek.
