ELIZABETH ROMERO A 14 YEAR OLD, HISPANIC, FEMALE, 5 FEET 3 INCHES TALL, WEIGHING 130 POUNDS, BROWN HAIR, AND BROWN EYES, LAST SEEN WEARING A WHITE TANK TOP, DARK PANTS, BACKPACK, AND A PINK PURSE. THE SUSPECT IS EDUARDO FLORES-ROSALAS, A 19 YEAR OLD, HISPANIC, MALE, 5 FEET 9 INCHES TALL, WEIGHING 200 POUNDS, WITH BLACK HAIR, BROWN EYES, UNKNOWN CLOTHING. THE SUSPECT WAS LAST SEEN DRIVING A EARLY 2000'S GREEN FORD ESCAPE, WITH WASHINGTON TEMPORARY REGISTRATION. THE SUSPECT MAY BE EN-ROUTE TO MEXICO.
