Dear Pepperdine Libboard, As of 8:00 AM Saturday morning, all roads in Malibu are open and all traffic signals are functioning properly. To report an incident that requires immediate attention, such as downed trees or power lines, broken gas or water mains, malfunctioning traffic signals or broken/missing street signs, contact the City of Malibu's One Call to City Hall at 310-456-2489 ext. 311.
